DFW AIRPORT FACILITY

Our brand new 140,056 square foot, state-of-the-art facility located inside the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport grounds has over twenty million pounds of storage capacity, four hundred truckloads of freezer space and one hundred and fifty truckloads of refrigeration/cooler space as well as the addition of three blast freezer cells which can hold up to forty-two pallet positions per blast cell.

PICO RIVERA FACILITY

Our 40,000 square foot facility in Pico Rivera, California has over three million pounds of cooler and freezer capacity. The facility also has a blast freezer which is capable of taking 40,000 pounds of meat from 36 degrees to 0 degrees in less than twenty-four hours.

American Meat Companies was founded by Ron and Mariellen Day in a small meat locker in Anaheim, California. From our very modest beginnings in 1975, American Meat Companies has grown to become one of the largest meat purveyors in Southern California and has expanded to a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, Texas.

We produce a full line of steaks, hamburger patties, pork chops, and poultry items, and we make them to your specifications.
